Retainer

Ongoing Coverage

A structured retainer arrangement for firms requiring regular Atlantic and Iberian Peninsula coverage. Agreed scope, priority response, and committed availability. Suitable for organisations with recurring survey requirements in this region.

Strategic Alignment

Longer-term alignment with survey organisations, technical consultancies, and specialist firms. Joint capability for complex assignments, multi-discipline engagements, or geographic extension across the Iberian Peninsula and beyond.

Retainer scope and terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on the volume, type, and frequency of surveys required. The first conversation establishes whether a retainer or a per-assignment arrangement is the right fit for your organisation.
White-label subcontracting arrangements are available depending on the nature of the engagement and NDA requirements. This can be discussed and agreed before any assignment commences.
Cargo damage surveys, pre-purchase vessel surveys, condition surveys, on/off hire condition assessments, and damage investigations. Expert witness and written expert opinion are also available as standalone engagements.
Yes. As Port Captain at Leixôes, Mykola provides port captaincy services for RoRo vessel calls, heavy lift operations, and project cargo handling. This includes pre-arrival coordination, berth and cargo planning, on-site supervision during critical cargo operations, and liaison with port authority and terminal. For firms managing complex cargo movements through Leixôes, this service is available on a per-call or retainer basis.
NDAs are standard for subcontracting and partnership arrangements. All client, vessel, and cargo information is treated as confidential regardless of whether a formal NDA is in place.
