Selling your experience
- Listing your background and past positions when asked what you do
- Quoting a day rate, then waiting to be compared on price
- Letting the client decide your scope, your timeline, your worth
- Income capped by the hours you can personally sell
Selling an outcome
- One clear problem, one client, one result they can measure
- Fixed fees priced on the outcome, not the clock
- Offers built around what the client loses without you aboard
- A direct path to the first client, not a plan to make a plan
